Developed by logistics professionals, it manages the supply chain from pick up, shipping and delivery to pricing and invoicing in the courier/delivery industry. It supports best practice and is easily configured to meet specific operational requirements.

Wi-Fi configured C2E custom-built handheld devices, powered by Microsoft WINCE.NET, allow the system to direct truck drivers in real time, so that urgent tasks are automatically prioritised and work is carried out in the most efficient sequence. iNXPRESS™ also supports paper based operations, or a combination of paper and Wi-Fi technology, including RFID and GPS real-time tracking.

The system supports standard interfaces to leading ERP/CRM solutions and integrates readily with other logistics applications such as C2E iNSTOCK, C2E iNtouch and modern accounting packages.

iNXPRESS™ wireless allows the transfer of information to the courier team in the field in real-time. It can also integrate C2E mobile devices to Bluetooth printers or mobile Bluetooth weighing scales for printing and capturing operational information in the field. Specific reporting features range from quick summaries used every once in a while to closed report for recurring jobs, which can be viewed every few minutes. C2E also offers quick-turnaround development of report scripts. Summary reports are easily customised and generated. Whatever report you need, based on consignment, customer or driver, it is at your fingertips.

And the back office features of the platform are equally impressive. iNXPRESS™ offers superior contact management features, for example, including tracking of multiple contacts at each customer. And an optional GPS Live Map module lets you know exactly where each driver or truck is at any point in time.

While iNXPRESS™ is designed to run a courier/delivery/messenger business, it can also export data to a legacy accounting system.
