Hussein Dharsi is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of C2E FZ LLC, the premiere company in business mobility solutions in Middle East & Africa. Dharsi is responsible for driving all of C2E's global strategic planning and business strategy.

Dharsi is a veteran of the IT Industry and a renowned speaker. He started his career in writing computer programs on an Apple IIe in 1983. He has consulted and worked with some of the largest fortune 500 companies in North America including Zenith Data Systems Canada Ltd and NCR Canada Ltd. He spent five years consulting with Saudi Aramco, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, prior to founding C2E FZ LLC in Dubai, UAE.

Dharsi is a Computer Science graduate from London, England, and holds a Master in Project Management from George Washington University USA.

Dharmesh Shah is a member of C2E Executive Board, and plays a major role in developing strategy and setting direction for C2E’s portfolio of Technology Product & Consulting offers, promoting technology Innovation and working with early adopter clients.

Previously he was a Founding Partner & Chief Technology Officer at OSG Infotech an Indian Software company based in Mumbai (Bombay) the commercial capital of India. He was responsible for developing and delivering state-of-the-art client solutions in the area of e-Learning, Insurance, Hospitality and Travel Industry.

Dharmesh holds a degree in Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from University of Poona. He has been involved with information technology (IT) business since 1993 and in virtually all roles within IT from programmer to general manager of a software house. He has managed or directed Business Strategy, IS Strategy, Technology Architecture, Requirements Analysis and large-scale systems development projects in the UK, USA, Europe and the Middle East for some of the world’s leading technology companies.

Carla van Biljon heads up our professional services division of C2E South Africa Ltd, capitalising on more than eighteen years experience in both strategic and operational aspects. She brings with her various experiences in different areana of the business such as HR and being able to interact with various individuals at different levels wthin the organiztion. Before joining C2E South Africa, Carla was the HR director for Safcon freight and logistics, HR executive at Bidvest Network Solutions (subsidiaries of the Bidvest Group Limited), national HR manager at Channel Life and the group HR manager at Bowman Gilfillan corporate attorneys.

Carla van Biljon holds two degrees in BCom Industrial Psychology and BCom Honours Employment Relations.

André van Biljon is the operation director of C2E South Africa Ltd and focussing on sales force automation, field force automation and supply chain management, capitalising on more than eighteen years experience in ERP and mobile commerce arenas.

Before joining C2E South Africa Ltd, André held various position with presitigous company such as; executive payment solutions Altech NamITech; executive sales SIS, an MBS Axapta, MBS Navision ERP integrator, executive mobile commerce iTouch South Africa, new business development ValueTech, client director ICL South Africa, executive corporate sales Dartford Systems.

André has extensive exposure and involvement in crafting aggregated business solutions based on standard frameworks with flexible delivery mechanisms structured to give clients access to enabling technologies and services, and the ability to migrate along the business framework to accommodate growth through the full business lifecycle, comprising ERP, mobile commerce, RFID, payroll & HR, business intelligence, CRM, knowledge management, performance management and balanced scorecarding.
