Position Summary:
This is a fulltime, Pre-Sales Consultant/Developer position specialized in Microsoft .Net products and technologies to work with our offshore development team of the Microsoft Solutions and reinforce a group of highly experienced consultants specialized in smart clients, mobile clients, web applications and enterprise application integration scenarios. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate interested in joining a high potential organization eventually leading to the position of Head of Professional Services reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Pre-Sales support to Account Executives
• Prepare initial solution presentations and demonstrations for all C2E products
• This position requires the consultant/developer to have the business savvy skills to translate vague business requirements into tangible and accurate functional requirements as well as to anticipate future requirements within the design of new systems
• Provide clear estimation of feasibility, cost and risks
• Specify, design and maintain database structures that support business information needs
• Design, implement, test, document, deploy and maintain custom developed applications or solutions based on existing application platforms following defined or predefined specifications in accordance with agreed standards and offshore team
• Provide specialist expertise and practical assistance during the investigation and evaluation of state-of-the-art products and technologies in order to come to the most appropriate and optimal solution
• Installation/Integration of completed solutions at customer site in conjunction with the offshore Development Team
• Provide post-sales support to clients
• Act as project lead for all projects
• Act as liaison between clients and Offshore Development Team to assist in defining objectives and requirements
• Develop test plans & participate in the testing process to ensure high quality project deliverables
• Interact with other company associates and vendor support groups to ensure quality solution
• Communicate with the Development Offshore team to track and debug testing issues, resolve them, and perform regression testing.
• Approve system changes for transfer to production, through testing, which results in turnover to functional business units and/or customers

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years experience in Pre-Sales, Application design and Development
• Exceptionally brilliant and ability to write effective English and generate requirement documents
• In-depth working knowledge in the following Microsoft products and technologies:
  i) .Net Frameworks & Compact Framework (WINCE.NET)
  ii) Visual Studio
  iii) C#, ASP.net, WCF, WCP
  iv) HTML
  v) XML / XSLT
  vi) SQL Server
  vii) CVS Systems
  viii) Knowledge of Wireless LAN Infrastructure is a plus
  
• A good knowledge of existing development tools or frameworks is a plus
• Experience in integration to CRM/ERP such as Microsoft CRM, Oracle Business Suite and SAP is a plus
• Preference will be given to those who are certified in Microsoft products
• UAE Driving License
• Knowledge of Arabic Language is a PLUS
